Abstract:Background: Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) is a malignant neoplasm of non-keratinized cells in the basal layer of the epidermis, which is locally invasive, aggressive, destructive, and rarely metastasizes. BCC more commonly occurs in the elderly.
