Abstract:Carbon dioxide (CO2) is an available, abundant, and renewable C1 resource, which could be converted into value-added chemicals. Due to the inherent thermodynamic stability and kinetic inertness, it is difficult...
Herein, a novel electroreductive carboxylation of benzylphosphine salts with CO2 through cleavage of the C(sp3)-P bond was reported under the conditions without redox reagents and noble metal catalysts.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
