Baseline blood count levels increase odds of cytopenia among CML patients in Kenya: a case control study

Abstract: Background Imatinib is the gold standard for the treatment of all phases of Philadelphia positive Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). During treatment, patients may develop cytopenia.
