Basic FGF and IGF-I Promote Differentiation of Human SH-SY5Y Neuroblastoma Cells in Culture

Abstract: Phorbolester-triggered differentiation of SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells requires serum and a prolonged activation of protein kinase C (PKC).
