Basonuclines et protéines DISCO

Abstract: > Les basonuclines 1 et 2 sont des protéines nucléaires à doigts de zinc présentes chez les vertébrés. Ce sont les orthologues des protéines DISCO des insectes. Ces différentes protéines ont un rôle essentiel au cours du développement embryonnaire.
