Abstract:Introduction: We report a case of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) involving the breakpoint cluster region (BCR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) (BCR::PDGFRA) fusion gene, classified as a BCR::ABL1-like subtype.
