Bear track hypothesis in outcomes of ventricular tachycardia ablation: Risk factor or risk marker or both for heart failure?

Abstract: We read the article with great interest by Sharma et al 1 about ventricular tachycardia (VT) and heart failure (HF) that are the most common cause of 30-day readmission after initial VT ablation.
