Various academic institutions in higher education (HE) allocate their resources differently to improve the quality of teaching and learning. To measure and identify the teaching and learning quality in any educational context, institution performance in this field must be evaluated using different techniques and instruments, one of which is Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET). The study aims to determine the use of SET to improve teaching quality based on the opinions of teachers (n = 6) and students (n = 413). This is achieved by investigating 1) the degree of alignment or divergence between teachers’ and students’ ratings of a particular course, 2) how teachers value students’ feedback on teaching to improve their teaching practises, 3) students’ perspectives on using SET in improving teaching quality and 4) the implications for implementing SET effectively in HE context. These were addressed using an adapted version of the Students’ Course Evaluation Questionnaire (SCEQ), and the Mann-Whitney test was used to analyse the data. The findings reveal a statistically significant correlation coefficient (r = 0.739) between teachers’ and students’ evaluations. The associated p-value (0.058) is slightly greater than the conventional threshold of p ≤ 0.05. The results of the Mann-Whitney U test indicated an overall concurrence between teachers’ and students’ evaluations, although certain inconsistencies were observed. The findings indicate a consensus among teachers and students regarding SET’s efficacy in enhancing instructional quality.

Supply chain is one of the important aspects in a company. An effective supply chain can help companies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. The purpose of this research is to develop a supply chain performance measurement model at PT Metito Indonesia based on Power BI Business Intelligence. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by observation and literature study. This research was conducted at PT Metito Indonesia which is located at Jl. Ampera Raya No. 18A, East Cilandak, Kemang, South Jakarta. Data validity tests in this study include tests, credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The research results show that measuring supply chain performance at PT Metito Indonesia can increase its competitiveness by adopting strategies that are more adaptive and responsive to market changes. Using BI Power BI helps companies to be more proactive in making strategic decisions that have a direct impact on increasing competitiveness in the market, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening the company's position in a competitive industry.

Cocoa is one of the major cash crop of Cote d'Ivoire. With 1 964 000 tons in 2018, Côte d'Ivoire is leading the world cocoa beans supply. Unfortunately, this important source of income for the country is under a severe pressure of the Cocoa Swollen Shoot Disease. This disease had been reported for the first time in 1943 in the eastern part of the country. In 2003, important infection areas were reported in the departments of Sinfra and Bouaflé in the Central-West with more than 77.000 ha destroyed. Since that period the disease is reported in several places. But we didn't have a clear idea of all the infected areas. This study aims to study somehow the spread of the disease. The main parameters studied are the incidence and prevalence. The methodological approach consisted in surveys implemented in two steps: 2008-2012 and 2013-2016 on farmer's farms. The study carried out between 2008 and 2012, shows that the CSSD prevalence was 16.37% with 19 regions infected out of 24. The disease reaches 83 departments and 40.680 farms. The second phase of the survey held from 2013 to 2016 shows that the prevalence was 19.51%. It help to highlight a strong progression of the disease in the orchard with 7.734 new farms infected in 111 localities divided into 24 regions. Globally the study shows that the incidence of the CSSD in the orchard ranked from 0% to 76.67 % and the national average is 4.06 %. The areas with low incidence cover 85 localities. The areas with moderate incidence are 25. Doba in San Pedro were the area of highest incidence (76.67%).
