Benchmarking the difference of moving follower and normal loads on linear and nonlinear Euler‐Bernoulli and Timoshenko beams

Belubekyan on the Occasion of His 85 th BirthdayIn this short note, we compare the influence of follower and normal loads moving over a simply supported beam in case when the transverse shear deformation or von Kármán strains or both are taken into account. Eventually, beyond elasticity limit, there is not a significant difference between the influences of these loads.
