В статті розкрито актуальність питання підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів банківської установи. Досліджено поняття «ефективність». Описано важливість застосування інноваційних технологій банком для більш ефективного використання ресурсів банківської установи. Розглянуто роль штучного інтелекту в банківській діяльності. Проаналізовано можливості оптимізації ресурсів, через розвиток цифрових каналів обслуговування та мобільних додатків. Досліджено роль блокчейн-технологій та інших сучасних інновацій у трансформації банкінгу. Розкрито важливість використання аналітики даних для оцінки кредитних ризиків та ідентифікації підозрілих транзакцій, скорочення фінансових втрат. Проаналізовано проблеми кібербезпеки банківського сектору та можливості забезпечення безпеки, підвищення рівня обслуговування клієнтів. Виявлено недоліки та переваги впровадження цих технологій, а також їхній потенціал для досягнення ефективності використання ресурсів. Зроблено висновки про раціональність застосування інноваційних технологій з метою підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів, виділено шляхи її впровадження в діяльність банківської установи.

У статті розглядається актуальність проблеми підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів банківських установ. Розкрито поняття "ефективність" та важливість застосування інноваційних технологій у банківській сфері з метою оптимізації ресурсів. Досліджено роль штучного інтелекту у банківській діяльності та можливості використання цифрових каналів обслуговування і мобільних додатків для оптимізації ресурсів. Також розглянуто вплив блокчейн-технологій та інших інновацій на банкінг. Проаналізовано важливість аналізу даних для зменшення кредитних ризиків та виявлення підозрілих транзакцій, а також розглянуто проблеми кібербезпеки в банківському секторі. Зроблено висновки щодо доцільності впровадження інноваційних технологій для оптимізації ресурсів та визначено шляхи їх реалізації у банківській діяльності.

The article examines the application of FinTech in banks, the main factors of their emergence and development, and the competitive advantages of the influence of innovative financial technologies in the banking system. Scientific works were analyzed to systematize the main trends in the development of banking innovations in Ukraine and argue the relevance of financial technologies in banking operations in conditions of digitalization. The influence of innovative financial technologies on the competitive advantage of banks in the modern context of the development of FinTech companies has been studied, as well as the involvement of Ukrainian banks in cooperation with FinTech companies. An analysis of the interaction of the leading banks of Ukraine with FinTech products was carried out, namely, the interaction with international FinTech products and the list of Internet banking services provided by the banks were considered. Prospects for research in this context are innovative financial technologies that banks use and determine their competitive advantage.The article presents an overview of the impact of innovative financial technologies on banks, identifies competitive advantages and challenges that are directly related to this process, and also provides recommendations for using innovative financial technologies in the banking system.
