Abstract: ardiac masses can be classified as neoplastic (primary benign, primary malignant, and metastatic), nonneoplastic (thrombi, vegetation, and calcifications), and pseudotumors (lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum, crista terminalis, Eustachian valve, Chiari formation, and Coumadin ridge).
