Berufliche Integration von Jugendlichen in Institutionen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe – Herausforderungen und Unterstützung

Abstract: Der Abschluss einer Berufsausbildung ist für alle Jugendlichen eine sozialisationsrelevante Entwicklungsaufgabe. Für Jugendliche, die in Heimen leben, ist dieser Entwicklungsschritt besonders anforderungsreich.
