Beta-delayed gammas and QEC-values in the decays of150m,152mHo and149Dy

Abstract

150m, a52mHo ' and 149Dy were produced by fusion-evaporation reactions of 4~ with targets of natural indium and l a4Cd. The/?-decays of the isotopes were reinvestigated with emphasis on high-excitation daughter states. The decay energies for selected/?-transitions were measured from electron-capture to positron-decay ratios. Corrections for 7-feeding from higher-lying states were taken into account. The following QEc-values were derived for lS~ 152mHo, and 149Dy of 6819 ~+117~-i OOJ~ (+89 +76so), and 3914 (_ 52) keV, respectively.
