Beyond Squamous Cell Carcinoma: Basaloid Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Esophagus

Abstract: Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma (BSCC) is a poorly differentiated variant of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) with distinct morphologic characteristics.
