Depression is of increasing concern as its prevalence increases. Our study’s objective was to create and evaluate a nomogram to predict the likelihood that hypertension patients may experience depression. 13293 people with hypertension who were under 20 years old were chosen from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database between 2007 and 2018 for this study. The training and validation sets were split up into the dataset at random in a 7:3 ratio. To find independent predictors, univariate and multivariate logistic regression were employed on the training set. Using information from the validation set, nomogram was subsequently created and internally validated. The effectiveness of the nomogram is assessed using calibration curve and receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve. Combining univariate logistic regression analysis and multifactor logistic regression analysis, the results showed that age, sex, race, marital, education level, sleep time on workdays, poverty to income ratio, smoking, alcohol consumption, sedentary time and heart failure status were risk factors for hypertensive patients suffering from depression and were included in the nomogram model, and ROC analysis showed that the AUC of the training set was 0.757 (0.797–0.586), with a sensitivity of 0.586; the AUC of the test set was 0.724 (0.712–0.626), with a sensitivity of 0.626, which was a good fit. Decision curve analysis further confirms the value of nomogram for clinical application. In the civilian non-institutionalized population of the United States, our study suggests a nomogram that can aid in predicting the likelihood of depression in hypertension patients and aiding in the selection of the most effective treatments.

Pediatric anesthesia is one of the most concerning topics in our society. However, there is still a lack of a comprehensive overview of the research base and of future trends. This study aimed to guide beginners quickly learn the academic research on pediatric anesthesia and do their own studies by analyzing the articles of this field in the latest 21 years through bibliometric analysis. Literature scanning was conducted with the Web of Science database. Microsoft Excel, SPSS, VOSviewer, and CiteSpace were in this review. There was an increasing trend of articles on pediatric anesthesia, based on the analysis of 11,591 included articles. The top 3 most productive countries were the United States of America (4538), Canada (730) and Turkey (688). The most productive institutions were Boston Childrens hospital, Childrens Hospital Philadelphia and Ohio State University. Tobias, Joseph D (141), Kim, Hee-Soo (40) and Curley, Martha A Q (38) were the most active authors. Habre W (2017), Gross JB (2002) and Cravero JP (2009) are the articles cited more than 100 times during the analysis years. Anesthesia and Analgesia, Anesthesiology, Pediatric Anesthesia, were the core journals in this field. Cohort, simulation, sleep, postoperative complication are strongest burst keywords in recent years. This article summarizes the authoritative institutions, authors, literatures and frontier hotspots on pediatric anesthesia. Itwill be a valuable literature review and help beginners to quickly get started in the field, reduce unnecessary clueless and aimless learning, and greatly improve learning efficiency.

Background Dignity‐conserved nursing has been widely studied by scholars all over the world; however, there is no clear direction in which this field is trending. Aim To conduct a bibliometric analysis that systematically characterises publications on dignity research in the nursing field from 2011 to 2020. Design Bibliometric and visual analysis of retrieved articles. Methods The Web of Science Core Collection database was used to retrieve all articles which addressed dignity in nursing from 2011 to 2020. The WoSCC's own analysis tool, CiteSpace and VOSviewer, were used to obtain visual analysis results. Reporting follows the STROBE checklist. Results A total of 1429 papers on dignity care are included in this study. We found that the number of papers on this topic increased steadily, and the United States topped the list with 366 articles in total. The institute with the most publications was King's College London, and the most widely published journal was Nursing Ethics. We were able to identify four major research topics, namely dignity in: (a) palliative care, (b) dementia and the elderly, (c) health care and (d) nursing ethics. Terminally ill patient, home, value, rehabilitation and psychological distress were the five keywords with the highest burst strength. Conclusions The interest in dignity care research has been steadily increasing from 2011 and is reflected in the number of published papers. The United States and Western Europe are leading in this field, both having a high number of cutting‐edge researchers and high‐level scientific research institutions. In the domain of dignity care, several stable and high‐yield core author groups have been formed. While the existing research mainly focuses on four hot spots, psychological distress, advanced cancer, maternity care and content analysis may be the research frontiers.
