Bilateral chronic subdural hematoma presenting with pseudo-subarachnoid hemorrhage sign on computed tomography

Abstract: Background: On rare occasions, cisterns are demonstrated as high-density areas on computed tomography (CT) and misdiagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
