Abstract:Snake envenomation is a major public health challenge in the interior Sindh region of Pakistan. Ocular complications ensuing snake envenomation are comparatively scarce. A case report of bilateral proptosis and blindness in a 3-year-old girl presenting 5 days after a snakebite is a rare manifestation.
