Bilateral rhegmatogenous retinal detachment due to unusual retinal degeneration in Down syndrome

Abstract: In this case, the retinal degeneration was morphologically different from retinal lattice degeneration, thus suggesting that it might be involved in the onset of DS-related bilateral RD.
