Bilateral thalamus stroke due to percheron artery

Abstract: Bilateral thalamus ischemic stroke is a rare condition that carries significant morbidity and mortality in comparison to other forms of stroke. It is usually associated with an anatomical variant with the thalamic paramedian arteries arising from a common trunk from the posterior cerebellar artery, known as Percheron artery.
