Abstract:The tensile and compressive properties of woven carbon fibre-reinforced composites (CFRP) are different owing to the buckling and entanglement of fibre bundles. Two bimodulus constitutive models (TBM and PBM) were proposed based on the track stress criterion and principal stress criterion.
