BINARY PATRIARCHY IN NIKAH SIRI: An Ecofeminism Perspective

Abstract: Nikah Siri (unregistered, or 'secret' marriage) has increased in Indonesia since the passing of marriage law No. 1/1974, one article of which required the registration of all marriages.
