Bioarchaeology

Abstract: Bioarchaeology is the study of human skeletons from archaeological contexts. When viewed in temporal, spatial, social, cultural, and environmental contexts, human skeletal remains provide a fund of information about the lives, lifeways, and living conditions of human ancestors.
