Bioinformatics analysis and machine learning identification of ferroptosis-related biomarkers in epilepsy

Abstract: Background Epilepsy is one of the common nervous system diseases, and early diagnosis has an important impact on prognosis. Ferroptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.
