The intersection of biomedical engineering and measurement technology has transformed the medical landscape, offering innovative solutions for diagnostics, treatment, and patient monitoring. Biomedical engineering encompasses a broad spectrum of applications, from molecular biology and tissue engineering to medical robotics and wearable technologies. Measurement technology, meanwhile, enables precise and real-time data collection through advanced sensing techniques, ensuring that these biomedical systems operate at optimal efficiency. In recent years, significant advancements in medical sensors, imaging technologies, and artificial intelligence have paved the way for improved accuracy and performance in medical diagnostics and treatment. This special issue focuses on the latest developments in these fields, showcasing groundbreaking research that enhances our understanding of physiological phenomena and revolutionizes medical measurement applications.
