Abstract:Background: The amount of cellulosic materials is large and may lead to environmental pollution, so it can be converted into useful materials for use in food or energy. Statistical design (Plackett–Burman and Box-Behnken) was the main topic of this study and was used to optimize the effect of environmental factors on cellulase production by Aspergillus niger.
