Biotechnology for Increased Resource Utilization of Fish Side-Streams

Abstract

Seafood represents a broad and heterogeneous group of organisms comprising phytoplankton, zooplankton, microorganisms, plants, invertebrates, fish, and mammals. The global marine database reports catch data of more than 1700 different species [12], and many of these
