Abstract:ÖzetBu çal›flmada, dondurularak depolanan uskumru k›ymas›n›n baz› kalite özelliklerine yeflil çay (YÇE), üzüm çekirde¤i (ÜÇE) ve nar kabu¤u (NKE) ekstraktlar›n›n etkisi incelenmifltir.
