Blended Learning Strategies as Knowledge Management in Underdeveloped Area

Abstract: This study was conducted in Bengkayang city, one of the underdeveloped districts and bordered by Malaysia that human resources have poor knowledge, hard skills, and soft skills such as computer, mathematics, language skills and spiritual.
