Blood labile iron effect on nitrosative stress development under rat experimental rhabdomyolysis

Abstract: На експериментальній моделі індукованого гліцерином рабдоміолізу в щурів досліджено утворення нового пулу негемового феруму в плазмі крові та з'ясована його причетність до інтенсифікації утворення NO. Вже на першу добу після внутріш-ньом'язового введення тваринам 50% гліцерину в дозі 10 мл/кг реєструється 10-кратне збільшення вмісту вільного гему у плазмі крові та 6-кратне підвищення гемоксигеназної активності у печінці.
