“…its nanohybrid with NK75 nanoclay (BC-NK75) material is compared in vivo in rabbit tibias show complete healing in just 30 days using nanohybrid against healing of 90 days for pure bone cement [183]. However, polyesters especially PLA, PCL and PBS are the good sources for making bio-scaffold due to their processability, mechanical properties, biocompatibility, consistent degradation and mineralization in an appropriate time frame.…”

“…The media was discarded and added DMSO to dissolve the formazan crystals. The absorption was recorded at 570 nm by using UV‐plate reader (Kapusetti et al, ; Sharma et al, ; Multiskan™ GO, Thermo Scientific, Finland) and data acquisition was done by using SkanIt software (generation 4). The study was carried out in triplicate.…”

“…The attached cells were stained by using 0.5% crystal violet aqueous solution for 30 min. The 10% acetic acid was added and the absorbance was taken at 570 nm using UV-plate reader (Kapusetti et al, 2014;Sharma et al, 2017; Multiskan™ GO, Thermo Scientific, Finland).…”

“…The composite samples were sterilized in an autoclave at 121°C for 30min. MG63 cells were cultured in a minimum essential medium (MEM; Invitrogen Corporation), augmented with 10% of fetal calf serum (FCS), 1% antibiotic antimycotic solution in a humidified atmosphere at 37°C and with 5% CO 2 for 24, 48 and 72 h. The methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) [3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide] assay was used to evaluate cell viability and cytotoxicity [28,29].…”
