Abstract: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) describes a wide array of neurological defects and craniofacial malformations, associated with ethanol teratogenicity. While there is growing evidence for a genetic component to FASD, little is known of the genes underlying these ethanol-induced defects.
