Book Review: Elements of $\infty $-categories

Abstract

As the title suggests, this book is about ∞-categories. Although this terminology has recently become mainstream in certain areas of mathematics, including homotopy theory and algebraic geometry, it has a long history. In this review we will discuss its evolution out of more familiar mathematical ideas.
