Botulinum Toxin Type A for the Treatment of Nummular Headache: Four Case Studies

Abstract: BoNTA appears to be a well-tolerated effective treatment for intractable, persistent nummular headache in patients with an inadequate response to other treatments including NSAIDs, gabapentin, or local anesthetics.
