Abstract: Introduction: Radiotherapy is considered the main part of the curative and preventive regimes in the pediatric cancer especially has been highly used in acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) as prophylaxis. A large number of the radiotherapy secondary delayed effects have been well known.
