Tao, Yun‐Lu Sun, Ying Mao, and co‐workers report clinical‐friendly silk‐supported/delivered soft bioelectronics with controllable loading/delivery of therapeutic molecules and parallel optical readouts of operating states for the investigation of spatio‐temporal epileptiform activities and neural encoding/decoding.
