Brain tissue-derived autoimmune encephalitis cytokine TSLP primes neuroinflammation by activating JAK2-NLRP3 axis

Abstract: Hyperactivation of NLRP3 inflammasome contributes to the neuroinflammation in autoimmune disorders, but the underlying regulating mechanism remains to be elucidated.
