Brainstem Hyperperfusion Syndrome After Intravenous Thrombolysis: A Case Report

Abstract: rtPA-associated hyperperfusion can occur at brainstem causing transient neurological deficits. It can be a cause of DFI in addition to reocclusion after recanalization.
