Broadband Mueller ellipsometer as an all-in-one tool for spectral and temporal analysis of mutarotation kinetics

Abstract: We utilize a commercial broadband Mueller ellipsometer to monitor the kinetics of glucose mutarotation through the dispersion of its optical activity.
