BSC Model for Technology Transfer Offices

These models, however, do not fit fully into the TTOs: although they are part of public organizationsor even private non-profit organizationsthese Centers work in close relation with the productive sector and other players in the innovation system, which should result in specificities in the strategic planning model. The model developed in this paper adds the Innovation and Society perspectives to the four perspectives established in the classic BSC model.
