Buchwald‐Hartwig Amination

Abstract: The transition metal (palladium) catalyzed cross‐coupling between aryl halides or pseudohalides (triflates) and primary or secondary amines to form aromatic amines is generally known as the Buchwald–Hartwig amination. The source of palladium for this coupling reaction, is usually Pd(OAc) 2 or Pd2dba 3 tri(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium).
