Buffalo early pregnancy biomarker coding sequence cloning and partial length expression in E. coli after codon optimization

Abstract: Pregnancy-associated glycoproteins (PAGs) secreted from conceptus specific trophoblast cells are widely accepted biomarkers of ruminants.
