des chances et l'équité en matière d'éducation pour tous les élèves, en particulier ceux qui sont confrontés à des défis d'apprentissage comme la dyslexie.Nous précisons aussi que la dyslexie se définit comme « Un trouble développemental, spécifique, significatif et persistant, de nature neurologique, de l'acquisition du langage écrit qui empêche un élève, sans difficultés mentales et ne présentant aucune déficience intellectuelle, sensorielle, visuelle, émotionnelle, éducative, socioculturelle ou psychiatrique d'acquérir le code écrit. Elle peut s'accompagner d'autres troubles cognitifs. Ainsi, on nait dyslexique et on meurt dyslexique, et l'accompagnement se limite à la rééducation et non à la guérison » (Bouya, 2023).En outre, parler de la dyslexie au Maroc, c'est systématiquement parler d'un type de handicap, qui rentre dans ce qu'on appelle « Les troubles des apprentissages » qui touchent, par exemple, 12% sur 14 605 élèves diagnostiqués (Leqouider, et al. 2021). Comme cadre théorique de notre étude, il s'agit bel et bien de la didactique des langues abordée dans un cadre psycholinguistique : un « champ interdisciplinaire hybride qui étudie et observe les activités psychologiques, les mécanismes linguistiques, et les opérations cognitives mises en oeuvre lors de la réception, le traitement et la production de la langue. Sa problématique principale est celle de la psychologie du langage, mais ses outils théoriques et méthodologiques sont issus de la linguistique et de la psychologie cognitive » (Bouya, 2022).Concernant la lecture. Dans le contexte marocain, apprendre à lire est l'un des apprentissages les plus importants lors des premières années à l'école et qui conditionnent la réussite de tout le parcours scolaire d'un élève marocain ‫أحرشاو,6002(‬ ). S'y ajoute que apprendre à lire est une activité particulière dans le contexte marocain où l'élève apprend 2 langues avant l'âge de 7 ans (Bouya, 2022).En didactique des langues, lire, c'est : « s'approprier le sens d'un message. C'est la raison pour laquelle le lecteur doit être doté, à la fois d'un savoir, c'est-à-dire des connaissances linguistiques et extralinguistiques, t d'un savoir-faire, qui se concrétise dans des stratégies qui permettent la réalisation des trois opérations fondamentales de l'acte de lire : anticiper, identifier et vérifier » (Robert, 2008). L'Observatoire National de la Lecture en France (ONL, 2005) précise que : « Lire, c'est extraire d'une représentation graphique du langage la prononciation et la signification qui lui correspondent. On lit pour comprendre ». Cette dimension de la compréhension n'est pas facilement atteinte chez les élèves dyslexiques.

The contribution is devoted to the issue of hybrid threats in connection with the level of education achieved. Hybrid threats represent coordinated activities by which different interest groups try to influence people in other areas. The research subjects are the respondents divided according to their levels of education. Data for the research were collected through the questionnaire method. The study was based on predetermined hypotheses, subsequently verified by statistical tests. The research was conducted with 157 respondents. The research results reveal that the level of education impacts the knowledge of the concept of hybrid threats. The verified hypothesis confirms this conclusion, the result of which is at the level of value p = 0.0482. The second hypothesis proves the danger of hybrid threats and their relationship with achieved education, calculated at the level of p=0.0334. The research also focused on the area related to information sharing and its subsequent verification. The hypothesis, aimed at verifying information from multiple sources, did not confirm the differences between university-educated respondents and respondents with secondary education. The verified hypothesis represented the value level of p = 0.039. To eliminate hybrid threats, effective and efficient measures would be used to prevent the spread of negative impacts on society. In this context, the hypothesis was established for examining the differences between educational attainment and protection methods against hybrid threats. The result of the verified hypothesis at the level of p = 0.04 confirms the differences between the level of education. It shows that people with higher education consider an effective educational process to protect against misinformation, compared to people with secondary education who favour repressive measures and various forms of control by the government.

Informal volunteerism in its various forms is on the rise in the safety and security arena. This study focuses on a new mode of informal volunteerism, virtual volunteerism. The study uses the complex context of a nuclear emergency to explore (1) the extent to which informal volunteerism, in the form of virtual volunteerism, can develop information resilience and (2) the problems and challenges involved. The study relies on interview data gathered from 18 Finnish public authorities and NGO actors working in expert or managerial positions connected to nuclear emergency response. The study results suggest that informal virtual volunteerism could play a role in the development of information resilience in society. However, as suggested in previous studies, virtual volunteerism could be a double-edged sword. There is a real risk of mis- and disinformation because of the volatile times in which we live. The identified risk sparked a debate on the inclusion and exclusion of unaffiliated disaster knowledge workers and virtual emergent groups in nuclear emergency preparedness, response, and recovery.
