Building and validating gene regulatory networks (GRN) with delays from multiple data sources

Abstract

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my supervisors Prof. Jagath C. Rajapakse and Dr. Kuiyu Chang. Under their supervision, I have learned not only cutting-edge knowledge on data mining and bioinformatics, but also an inspiring and down-to-earth working attitude.
