Abstract

1.\ Information Literacy includes a range of strategies and skills that are critical for.educat?rs in the 21 51 century . This article focuses on a module developed to provide 1nstruct1on related to one important set of Information Literacy skills: web searching . Key concepts relevant to basic web searching strategies , web searching tools and the use of pathfinder pages are defined and discussed . Examples of different tools and strategies are presented along with practice activities.
