Abstract:Bloomberg's recent recognition of Vietnam as Asia’s “new tiger economy” is not coincidental. The country is experiencing a surge in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, with foreign billionaires acquiring majority stakes in major Vietnamese enterprises.
