Bulk Acoustic Wave Based Mocrfluidic Particle Sorting with Capacitive Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers

Abstract: The main limitation of acoustic particle separation for microfluidic application is its low sorting efficiency. This is due to the weak coupling of surface acoustic waves (SAWs) into the microchannel.
