Abstract: To evaluate and compare the efficacy of intrathecally administered midazolam and fentanyl in combination with hyperbaric bupivacaine with respect to, the time of onset, duration of sensory block, Quality of intraoperative anesthesia, duration of effective postoperative analgesia, incidence of side effects.
