C34. Enhanced blind, adaptive channel shortening for multi-carrier systems

Abstract: This paper proposes a new blind, adaptive channel shortening for multi-carrier systems. We use the DST; along with its inverse as a replacement for the inverse fast Fourier transform / fast Fourier transform (IFFT/FFT) stages in DMT systems.
