Abstract: Can Platelet rich plasma stimulate human ACL growth in culture? A preliminary experience ter than 5% PRP. 5% PPP had no significant effect on cell viability, but it led to an increase in DNA content in 5 of 11. There was no statistically significant effect of either PRP or PPP in preventing cell death (depicted by apoptosis rate).
