Can precision medicine be personal; Can personalized medicine be precise?

Abstract: In the medicine of the fifty years, the prevailing paradigms were the ‘biopsychosocial model’ and ‘evidence-based medicine’. The currently emerging vision is ‘personalized/precision medicine’. The two interchangeable names—personalized medicine and precision medicine—raise fundamental questions.
